Oakmoor Recruitment is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our clients and candidates. In particular, we want you to know that we are not in the business of selling, renting or trading data with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. In this Privacy Policy, we’ve provided detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.
What information do we collect?
We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information in order to provide the best possible tailored employment opportunities to you. Please note the below list of categories of personal data we may collect about you is not exhaustive:

- Age/date of birth
- Ethnicity
- Employment history
- Education and qualification/certification details
- Referee contact details
- Immigration status (for the purposes of Right to Work in the UK)
- A copy of your driving licence and/or passport/identity card
- Results of Enhanced DBS and details of any criminal convictions, if this is a requirement for employment
- Financial information including but not limited to details about your current salary, bonus’, pensions and/or benefits/expenses
- Information that you provide to us when completing the application form
- Any other information that you choose to send to us
This information will have been provided, or will be provided, by you via our website or a 3rd party such as a Job Board.
Using your Personal Information
Personal information submitted to us and/or collected from third parties will be used for the purposes of providing employment agency services to you, based on your skills and experiences, whereby your details will be submitted to prospective employers in order for you to be considered for employment opportunities with them.
How we hold the information
We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information. All personal data is stored on our AWS hosted database and stored in two alternative locations within the EU at all times. We do not keep personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the purposes for which the data was originally collected and processed.
How long we hold information for
We will hold your information for a period of 3 years from the date that we have not received any contact from you, in the interests only of providing suitable employment opportunities to you.
Access to your personal information
Under GDPR legislation you have the right to request access, amend or request termination of any personal data that we hold. To request this, please email info@oakmoor-recruitment.co.uk.
